Katie Garcia

Katie supports the Vice President of Advancement in the management of fundraising activities, donor relations, public relations, marketing and organizational stewardship. She is also the administrator of the website, electronic newsletter and social media sites for ACCION.

Katie graduated from the University of New Mexico with Bachelors of Science degrees in Elementary Education and Special Education with a minor in History. She recently received her MBA with an emphasis in Nonprofit Management from the Anderson School of Management at UNM. She brings diverse experience from the nonprofit sector, including work as a Loaned Executive at the United Way of Central New Mexico.
