Before joining Accion as a staff member, Metta was a member of the Take Accion Task Force, an innovative volunteer group of bankers and business development specialists who aid ACCION in the decision making process for loans of $50,000 or more. She has a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering from Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri.
