ACCION Announces New Members of the Lending Team
Albuquerque, N.M. (July 10, 2008) ACCION New Mexico has hired three new fantastic members to it’s award winning team – Cathy Weber, Anthony Ulibarri, and Yolanda Hawkins.
Working with entrepreneurs in central and northwest New Mexico, Cathy guides applicants through ACCION's loan application process and provides needed financial literacy and training resources to businesses. Cathy has more than 15 years of business experience in the telecommunciations, financial services and healthcare industries, having worked in marketing, sales and customer service capacities. She earned her MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University and has been an active volunteer in the Albuquerque community for more than five years.
Anthony is responsible for developing new client relationships and providing service to ACCION’s client community in northeastern and eastern New Mexico. Raised in Anton Chico, N.M., Anthony served in the United States Navy as intelligence analyst for five years. He is a cum laude graduate from New Mexico Highlands University with a bachelor's degree in business management and business marketing.
Yolanda was born and raised in Monterrey, Mexico, and has been a resident of Albuquerque for 15 years. With more than ten years experience in lending, Yolanda’s expertise includes customer relations, housing, loan processing, and credit counseling. Yolanda also brings non-profit sector experience working on behalf of low-income homeowners.
