ACCION Offers Free Seminar for Small Businesses:
Albuquerque, N.M. (July 21, 2009) – As part of its monthly Financial Empowerment Series, ACCION New Mexico • Arizona • Colorado (ACCION) is hosting a free small business seminar on Wednesday, August 5, How Real Estate Impacts Your Business. Real estate experts Brent Tiano and Marguerite Haverly of Grubb & Ellis will provide valuable information on critical real estate topics for small businesses such as buying versus leasing, renting to own, understanding leases and how to work effectively with your landlord. This informative session is free and open to the public. The session will be held at 6:00 p.m. at ACCION’s office at 20 First Plaza NW, Suite 417 in downtown Albuquerque.
