Albuquerque, N.M. (Oct. 25, 2010) – ACCION New Mexico ∙ Arizona ∙ Colorado (ACCION) will host “Sweet Success with ACCION,” a panel discussion with entrepreneurial innovators on Monday, Nov. 15th from 7:00 p.m.-8:30 p.m. at the Arizona Inn, 2200 E. Elm St. in Tucson. Refreshments will be served. The panel discussion will begin at 7:30 p.m. This event is generously sponsored by Bank of the West.
A $20 contribution and registration fee, or $200 for a table, at the door in cash or check will support ACCION’s work in Tucson through lending and education.

During this informative session, panel members will share their entrepreneurial success stories while ACCION’s advancement committee and staff members will educate attendees about the organization’s loan and support services for small businesses. Since October 2008, ACCION has supported Arizona’s entrepreneurs and small businesses by providing 224 loans totaling over $1.9 million, creating or sustaining 323 jobs to jumpstart the economy.
The panel of pioneering entrepreneurial speakers will include Kerstin Block, founder, president and chief executive officer of Buffalo Exchange; Judy Clinco, founder and president, Catalina In-Home Services; Kyle Gantzer, founder and owner of ME Design, LLC; Debbie Chandler, president and chief executive officer for Microbusiness Advancement Center (MAC); Lynn Trojahn, vice president of advancement for ACCION; and Roberto Valdez-Beltran, regional senior lending officer for ACCION.
ACCION is dedicated to helping small business owners create assets, build income, and achieve financial health. The organization offers small business loans between $200 and $150,000 along with training, networking and other support services to those who want to start a business or business owners looking to expand.
